Payflo.io is a domain url that we are using to test out a new digital payments platform offered by Merchant Advisory Services, or MerchAdServ for short. Unfortunately, when we attempted to secure a trademark for the name "Payflo" we discovered that PayPal, has trademark for "Payflow" and anything similar that might confuse a customer. So to avoid any trademark infringement liability we must come up with a trademarkable name for this digital payments platform.
